When you work with me

All our sessions take place online in a secure and confidential environment. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs.

I am dedicated to being there for you during challenging times, if you find yourself needing extra guidance or encouragement. I offer support between appointments, via email or messaging.

Progress is not linear, and will be unique to you. We will continuously assess and adapt our approach based on where you are and where you want to be. The length of time we work together depends on your individual needs and progress. While every person’s journey is unique, a typical timeframe for our work together is around six months. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to achieve sustainable recovery and equip you with the tools for long-term success.

Ongoing Support

Your healing may continue after we have finished our regular sessions. You won’t be on your own. I offer different support packages so that if you want accountability, or if you are struggling, I will be there for you.
